Vaccine group calls for 7.5 billion dollars in funding to save lives

One of the world’s biggest immunization organisations is worried about a growing funding gap.

The GAVI alliance told a conference in Brussels that 7 and a half billion US dollars is needed to immunize millions of children, over the next five years.

Meanwhile, the 2015 Millennium Development Goals are fast approaching, putting pressure on governments to slash poverty levels.
