A new United Nations report on the Ukrainian crisis shows an alarming deterioration in the human rights situation in the east of the country.
The findings were released just as Russia prepared its own list of alleged crimes which it hopes will also be examined by international bodies involved in settling the crisis and protecting people's human rights.
