INTW: Dangers facing child workers on US tobacco farms

Now, children working on tobacco farms in the United States are being exposed to nicotine, toxic pesticides, and other dangers, according to a report from Human Rights Watch

The findings detail conditions for children working on tobacco farms in four states where 90 percent of US tobacco is grown: North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.

FSNs Daniel Ryntjes discussed the report with Norma Flores López, Director of the Children in the Fields Campaign.
