Syrian troops and civilians return to Old Homs

Civilians have returned to the Old City of Homs in Syria after the last opposition fighters were evacuated.

Government forces have moved back in - two years after they were forced out by the rebels.

But it’s an island of calm in the otherwise bitter conflict.

And it comes as the United Nations says Syria’s remaining chemical weapons are "inaccessible" due to fighting in the country.
