The European Court of Justice has delivered a ruling for google to remove search content on individuals in the interests of personal data protection.
It's being known as the 'right to be forgotten' test and was brought to the court by a Spanish man who said a google search of his name revealed an the auction of his repossessed home 16 years ago and that that was an infringement of his privacy.
