Europe on terror alert for small scale attacks

Europe continues to be on high-terror alert after prosecutors linked a deadly shooting at a Belgian Jewish museum to a gunman trained in Syria.

The three-year conflict in Syria has attracted tens of thousands of foreign recruits, raising fears that the conflict is breeding a new brand of terrorists and boring a new security hole for Europe.
