NOTE TO EDS: NB this is a SECOND package....both are now available (see earlier post).
Donald Trump says he's worried America's Presidential election might be "rigged".
He told an audience in Ohio that he believes Hillary Clinton rigged the outcome of her primary contest against Senator Bernie Sanders, and he suggested she might do the same this November.
His claim came on a day when Republicans were already scrambling to distance themselves from comments Mr. Trump has made about the family of an American Muslim soldier who died in Iraq.
Our US Correspondent Simon Marks says Mr. Trump's comments on the campaign trail are becoming increasingly erratic, and that's laying some to question his psychological makeup.

Is Donald Trump irrational?
It no longer really seems like an academic question.
Consider what he's done over the last 96 hours…..waged a completely un-necessary battle with the parents of a slain American Muslim Army captain that has infuriated his fellow Republicans and veterans groups in the United States.
He's in a row with the bi-partisan Commission on Presidential Debates about his 3 scheduled televised encounters with Hillary Clinton - he isn't happy that two of them coincide with American football games.
And….in throwaway comments during a rally in Ohio, he said Hillary Clinton had rigged the outcome of her primary contest with Senator Bernie Sanders, and might do the same in the general election this November.
AXX
He offered absolutely no evidence for that claim.
But it was all part of a rambling speech filled with non sequiturs, facts that aren't supported by data and astonishing moments like this one.

So what is going on?
Dr. Kirk Honda is a psychotherapist in Seattle who has offered this definition of "narcissistic personality disorder".
AXX.
Among those who believe it fits Donald Trump's behavior, the British satirist John Oliver.
His weekly broadcast on HBO has become required viewing for many Americans this election season.
AXX
There is no precedent for publicly questioning into question the personal stability of a US Presidential candidate.
And yet that is where Donald Trump has now taken this election campaign.
Unless he finds a way of exercising the self-control that currently eludes him, those descriptions of his behavior will only grow in the 3 months left until election day,
