Donald Trump says the United States will undertake "extreme" immigration vetting if he's elected President.
In a major policy speech in Youngstown, Ohio, Mr Trump outlined his policies to fight what he called "radical Islamic terrorism".
The Republican nominee said the US would "end nation building" and hold an international conference on combatting terrorism.
