Can Trump's message on trade and steel win him Pennsylvania?

In the lead up to US presidential election, the Republican nominee Donald Trump is promising voters in Pennsylvania he'll rip up trade deals and bring jobs back to America.

The state was once at the heart of manufacturing in the United States. But the decline of the coal and steel industries has made Trump's message quite appealing to some voters in the area.
