Russia's economic turmoil is casting doubts on the Kremlin's plans to boost Russia's domestic agriculture after its food import bans earlier this year.
With investment flowing out of Russia, stretched state budgets and banks under sanctions there are worries that the agricultural sector will be starved of funds to expand.
