Russia's central bank raises interest rates once more to try and head off financial threats

Russia's central bank has raised interest rates to 10.5% to try and avert threats to financial stability.


Oil prices, which are at their lowest in more than five years, and sanctions over Ukraine are risking the collapse of the rouble currency.
