H&M pull children's hoodie after claims advertising was racially insensitive

H&M have stopped selling a children's hoodie after claims the advertising for it was racially insensitive.

The item featured an African American child wearing a green sweatshirt with the phrase, "coolest little monkey in the jungle" sprawled across it.

In a statement, the international retail giant mentions it will re-evaluate its diversity and inclusion policies to prevent any future offensive commercials.

The ad has since been removed removed, but not before a number of celebrities expressed their condemnation.
