No charges for Hillary Clinton says FBI

The FBI has recommended that no criminal charges should be brought against US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email account during her time as Secretary of State.

The announcement is a huge relief for the presumptive Democratic nominee. But FBI Director James Comey's remarks that Clinton had been "extremely careless" have been seized upon by Republicans.
