Funding questions as Refugee Conference gets underway

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres along with other
high profile guests are in Uganda for a Refugee Solidarity Conference.

The two-day event aims to raise $8 billion for refugees living in
Uganda for the next four years.

But this comes at a time when the UN estimates it has only received a
fraction of the funds needed to provide humanitarian assistance around
the world.

William Denselow reports from UN headquarters in New York.
