Moscow reacts to Trump's inauguration

Relations between the United States and Russia are at their lowest
point since the Cold War but a new face in the White House could bring
fresh impetus to bilateral ties.

Accusations that Russian cyber attacks helped influence the US
elections have dominated sentiment in the build-up to the presidential
inauguration but Donald Trump remains hopeful that he can create a
mutually beneficial relationship with Russia.

A feeling that has been echoed by the Kremlin.
