White officer charged with murder of unarmed black man

North Charleston, South Carolina Mayor Keith Summey says the city is ordering body cameras for all of its police after an officer was charged with murder in the death of an unarmed black man.

Michael Slager allegedly shot Walter Scott in the back while he was running away no less than eight times after an altercation during a traffic stop.

Slager, who's employment has been terminated, could face the death penalty if convicted.
