Obama and Castro attend Panama Summit

US officials are reportedly close to recommending Cuba be removed from Washington's list of State Sponsors of Terrorism.

Such a move would make it significantly easier for the two countries to establish embassies in each other's capitals.

It comes ahead of a summit this week attended by both President Obama and President Castro.
