The jury considering the fate of accused Boston Marathon bomber
Dzhokar Tsarnaev will begin deliberations Tuesday, one day after a
prosecutor asked them to convict the 21-year-old for killing four
people and wounding more than 260 others, in the worst terrorist
attack on US soil since September 11th. After hearing closing
statements from the Prosecution and Defense Monday, the jury will now
decide if Tsarnaev is guilty, and ultimately, if the death penalty is
a punishment that fits his crime.
