U.S. Justice Department says no charges for Ferguson officer, but pattern of racial bias

Nearly seven months after unarmed black teen Michael Brown was shot dead by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, the U.S. Department of Justice has announced that it does not have enough evidence to press charges against the officer.

A federal investigation did, however, uncover a pattern of racial bias among Ferguson police.
