A comprehensive study has found that nearly half of the New York's
population are failing to get enough sleep.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention believe it's part of a
national trend and fear lack of sleep can lead to chronic conditions
like obesity, diabetes and mental distress.
Our reporter William Denselow is in New York with a look at the
effects of sleep deprivation and what some are doing to snap out of
this trend.
