The lawyer for the former US National Security Agency contractor turned whistleblower, Edward Snowden has defended his allegations that the New Zealand government is engaged in the mass surveillance of its people.
Jesselyn Radack says there's no way that the Prime Minister would not know about the programme, which shares the information with the NSA in the US.
