President Trump says his expected impeachment by members of Congress in a few hours will be an "unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power" by his opponents.
The Democrats have drawn up two Articles of Impeachment claiming the President committed abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
But in a furious letter sent to Capitol Hill, the President compares the impeachment process to the Salem Witch Trials of the 1600s.
