A number of cities around the world are tightening restrictions on
short-term rentals in response to the growth of Airbnb.
The company acts as an online marketplace connecting hosts with people
seeking accommodation and now boasts over seven million listings on
its platform.
Last month residents of Jersey City in the United States voted in

currently available.
Jersey City's close proximity to New York has made it a popular
destination for Airbnb users and as William Denselow reports, the vote
comes ahead of the company's anticipated IPO.
