Parts of U.S. hit by 'bomb cyclone'

A weather system known as a bomb cyclone has brought strong winds and
heavy snowfall to the U.S. Plains and Midwest.

It's estimated that over 10,000 homes and businesses in both South
Dakota and Minnesota lost power because of the storm.
