Donald Trump's administration will present more arguments later today against a judge's decision to block a controversial travel ban affecting seven Muslim-majority countries.
A federal appeals court must hear from US Justice Department lawyers and opposing arguments from the states of Minnesota and Washington - who filed the original lawsuit to overturn the ban - by 3pm PST / 11pm GMT on Monday.

Donald Trump spent the weekend away from Washington at his mar-a-lago resort in Florida.
In between playing rounds of golf, attending balls and watching the superbowl, he found time to attack Judge James Robart - who suspended the government's travel ban - and the entire US judiciary.
"Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril," President Trump Tweeted on Sunday.
"If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!"
The Vice President Mike Pence backed up the President in an interview with ABC News.

Lawyers for the states of Minnesota and Washington argue that President Trump's executive order is unconstitutional because - in their view - it targets Muslims.
The White House says the president should have the power to decide who can enter the country.
Whichever way the appeal court rules - the losing side is almost certain to appeal again. That means a Supreme Court hearing looks likely.
In the meantime, US border officials continue as they did before Trump issued his executive order.
On Sunday the president also caused a stir in an interview with Bill O'Rielly of Fox News when he equated Russia with America.
